You and I have wonderful people who have graced our
lives – parents, spouses, grandparents, children, relatives, and friends.
They showed us the face of God by their love and presence. We miss them
when they die, and we want to stay in touch, because they are a part of
us. The Church honors these special people on November 2nd, the Feast of
The Carmelites and Society of the Little Flower invite
you to remember your deceased loved ones in our All Souls Daily Masses for
the entire month of November.
St. Therese had great hopes for eternity. As she was
dying, she declared her desire "to do so much good." So determined was
she to fulfill this desire that she proclaimed, "God will do my will in
heaven, because I never did it on earth. I will spend my heaven doing
good on earth!" So many of you have experienced and given witness to her
delightful presence and rose-filled power.
Imagine yourself joining St. Therese and all the members
of the Society of the Little Flower praying in unison for and with your
